You have the right to revoke the contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods to us. The revocation period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
You can download our sample revocation form for this and send it to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a return receipt. The return is free of charge for you. Please pack the goods in the original carton and return them to a GLS ParcelShop near you. We will refund the purchase price immediately after receipt of the returned goods.
