Shipment

Our products are shipped safely and quickly by our partner GLS. Each order is usually processed on the same day and shipped after successful receipt of payment.


Reclamation

During the production of our Standsome furniture we pay attention to the greatest care and quality. Should there nevertheless be any reason for a complaint, you can contact us via contact form, email or telephone. By email: please write to us at service@standsome.com with a short description of the complaint. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods to us. The revocation period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.

You can download our sample revocation form for this and send it to us by email at service@standsome.com. We will then send you a return receipt. The return is free of charge for you. Please pack the goods in the original carton and return them to a GLS ParcelShop near you. We will refund the purchase price immediately after receipt of the returned goods.
